I'm Tiffany, and I'm Made For More.

I am an 8th grade leader in Transit, and my journey to this role has been anything but straightforward. As an adult, I struggled with resentment toward three specific groups in my life. Thankfully, God helped me reconcile with two of them, but I still found it difficult to relate to middle school girls. My own middle school experience had been challenging, and it left me with a lot of unresolved feelings.

For two years, Andy asked for volunteers to serve in the middle school environment. Each time, I felt God nudging me to get involved, but I hesitated. I didn't think I'd be a good fit, and I wasn't sure I could handle it. Despite that, after hearing Andy’s repeated requests, I finally gave in. I realized this might be God's way of helping me confront my ongoing struggle with middle school years—both my own and others'.

Fast-forward almost three years, and now I'm leading the 8th graders. Looking back, I can hardly believe the transformation that has taken place. God has replaced the bitterness I once felt with a genuine joy for working with middle school students. Now, not only do I lead these incredible young people, but I also have two middle school sons of my own. I've gone from dreading those years to embracing and truly loving them.

Saying yes to God's nudge has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It hasn't just allowed me to help middle schoolers grow in their faith; it has expanded my own view of God and deepened my love for Him in ways I never could have imagined.

I can honestly say, I am made for more.
