Helping Middle Schoolers develop a faith of their own

We miss seeing you, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on Transit!

We are providing an online Transit experience for you each Sunday morning.

There will be a video message available on this page each week for you to view at your regular Transit service time.

After that, you’ll be able to join a “virtual small group room” to discuss the content with your regular small group. The links to those small group rooms will be emailed to parents from your small group leader.

If you're not in a group, no problem!

1. Ask your parent for permission (they'll have to fill out this form).
2. Email us.
3. We'll assign you to a group!

In This Together (Week 1)
Getting along with our families already comes with a set of challenges. In this season of homeschooling and social distancing, those challenges can easily become exaggerated. Our relationships with our families are incredibly important. They are often what help us through tough seasons like the one we’re in. For the next few weeks, we’re going to talk about how to keep those relationships healthy, because now, more than ever, we are In This Together: Whether We Like It or Not.
What can I do to make the most of the resources Transit has available for my middle school student?

1. Join our parent group on Facebook to stay up-to-date on all things Transit!

2. Fill out a consent form!
In order for your student to participate in these virtual small groups and to receive the daily text devotional from Transit, you’ll need to fill out a consent form to ensure we are in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you receive updates from us, you should have received an email with a link to your church’s form.

How do I help my student struggling with a mental health issue during this season?

If you are concerned that your student may do something to harm themselves, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline - 1-800-273-8255.

We have compiled some helpful videos and resources for parents and students on mental health.
