Frequently Asked Questions about InsideOut
Our Ministry for High School Students

What is InsideOut?
InsideOut is our environment for high schoolers. The high school years happen fast. InsideOut is here to help your student not just survive those years but make the most of them.
On Sunday evenings at 5:00 p.m., high schoolers gather with their friends for live music, practical teaching, and small group conversation guided by adult leaders who care about them.
We meet at Buckhead Church in the Attic on the fourth floor. When you arrive, pull into the Buckhead Church parking garage underneath our building for drop-off or to park. Students use the elevators to get to the fourth floor.
Nope! When students arrive, our Guest Services team and a student leader will greet them and show them where to go.
Head to the large “New Here” sign in the parking garage outside of the elevators. A student leader will lead new students to the fourth floor to check in and meet their small group leader!
Sunday evenings at InsideOut start with a large group gathering for some fun, worship, and practical teaching. Then students meet with their small group to discuss the message and build relationships with one another. It’s important for students to talk about the teaching and how to apply it in their everyday lives. Our goal is to help students learn how to have a “More than Sunday” faith.
InsideOut ends at 7:00 p.m., and you can pick up your student where you dropped them off in the Buckhead Church parking garage.
Our groups are broken down by grade, gender, and school. We believe circles are better than rows, so we want students to experience a consistent group of their peers with leaders who care about them. We typically start by asking if a student has any friends they want to be in group with. If so, we try our best to make that happen! If not, we’ll put them in a group with other students who are the same gender and in the same grade.
Great question! You can request that information here and we’ll reach out soon to let you know.
We are very picky about who we invite to lead students. Potential leaders fill out an application, go through an interview process, provide references, and submit to a background check. Once leaders are chosen, we provide training so they are prepared and equipped to lead students. We ask leaders to commit to stay with their group until the students graduate high school.
We’d love to talk! Email us, and a member of our team will reach out to you within 48 hours.
