Things to Know for This Sunday

Guest Services volunteers pose in hallway

Thanks for being a part of our guest services team!

  1. Review your rotation. Let your leader know by Thursday morning if you are unavailable to serve.

  2. Review the schedule for your serving position. Arrive on time and attend your team meeting in the following locations:

    See Building Map

    • Parking Teams will meet in the Parking room on the second floor under the stairwell.

    • Access Team, Ushers, and Greeters will meet in the Guest Services Suite on the first floor, across from the escalator.

  3. Review the dress code.

Everything we do in Guest Services is informed by our three core values:

  • Come Prepared
  • Be Joyful
  • Make It Personal

All guests deserve the same great level of service when they arrive at our church. Be aware of the most common things that we find that pull us away from guests:

  • Cell phone use
  • Personal conversations
  • Sitting or gathering to watch the service
  • Leaving your serving position

For best practices specific to your team, be sure to review our team-specific training videos.
