Each connection season, we look for reliable and friendly volunteers to serve at our Group Connections events. If you like to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for group seekers and have fun while serving, please keep reading to learn about our volunteer teams!
Connectors help attendees feel welcome, meet potential group members, and form groups. These volunteers are/have been in a Community Group at Buckhead Church and embrace our groups strategy and values. Our Connector Teams for each GroupLink are specific to gender.
The Event Team helps create creates a warm and inviting environment. They are responsible for the logistics of the evening, including helping with greeting, check-in, and cleanup/teardown. These volunteers are dependable, flexible, and have a welcoming attitude. There are two Event teams Teams: one team serves during the Thursday and Friday night GroupLinks and the other serves during the Saturday night event Sunday night Married Couples’ Group Launch.
